If there is one thing I always try to commit on doing is trying something new that will be good for me

And of course I had to try this pilate wave! I found a super high rated studio by my home with Class pass

Reformer Pilates is performed on a reformer machine that consists of a bed-like frame on which travels back and forth on rollers a flat platform known as the carriage. The resistance on the carriage can be changed by adjusting one or more straps that are connected to the carriage. At some points, I was pushing off 3 straps of resistant. Reformer Pilates is regarded as a full-body, low-impact exercise that builds muscles, emphasizes the core, and enhances flexibility and balance.

The reformer offers a stable surface that permits more controlled movements and a wider range of motion for a more focused workout.
Pilates on a reformer machine also aids in bettering the body’s alignment and posture. It targets deep muscles and enhances the body’s flexibility, balance, and stability. Additionally, it helps to increase the spine’s flexibility, which lowers the risk of back pain and injuries. Amazing for those who spend most working from home or sitting all day!

So it’s official, Pilates will officially be apart of my routine from here on out. The challenge I had felt in my work was the wakeup call I needed to work on increasing my mobility. I am very curious as to how my body will look after I am mixing both weight lifting and now pilates (probably a before and after coming post 6 months?)
