New Year = Bigger Goals

Happy New Year! Yes days later because we celebrate all happiness here

It’s only natural to begin thinking about our objectives and what we aspire to achieve as we anticipate everything that the upcoming year has in store. We’ll go over some ideas and methods for improving your productivity and money so that you may reach your objectives for the coming year.

1- Productivity-Plan Strategize Execute.

I’ve caught myself various time just stuck on my couch trying to decide where to start, how to start and what to do to simply end up scrolling for hours, totally not productive. This year I took it upon myself to create a content calender for this first quarter to continue to motivate me daily and already have ideas and things pre planned per week down to my IG post, Tiktok, Blog etc. Planning 3 out of the 4 weekends of the month, and allowing myself a week of mental rest to go do whatever my heart desires. Some places I used to create content calender was the freeform app straight off Apple new IOS, but Canva can be an amazing tool for this as well! I truly enjoy batch content planning since it already preplans my ideas and I just have a breakdown of my activites detailed. A little vision board to keep the motivation going.

2-Finances– Sit and review all your finances. You wont know where to start until you see where you currently are at. Set clear and quantifiable financial goals: Think about what you want to accomplish financially this year. Do you wish to eliminate debt, save funds for a down payment on a home, or create an emergency fund? Make sure your objectives are clear and quantifiable so you can monitor your development and maintain motivation.

3- Diet– Food and mental health is VERY related. What you consume in food can directly correlate to your mental feelz. I personally do not believe in a specific “Diet” but I push myself to consume as much whole & clean foods as possible. Look at saturated fats and suagrs behind those packages and aim to have as little as possible in both. Aim to have meal prep ideas for 2-3 days when you go grocery shopping and make a list, your pockets will thank you in the future. When grocery shopping, think about fruits and veggies and having your meals full of color. Don’t forget to look into vitaimins/suppliments that help through both mental and physically. Ive been taking Genius Mushrooms and Amazing Greens daily apart from my vitamins.

4-Journaling– I just started journaling again at the end of 2022 after getting a cute blank notebook from an event Reyna Noriega had a last year and told myself to commit to writing anything 15 min before bed. I keep the journal near my bed and before I shut the lights off, its like a brain dump of feelings, thoughts, ideas. Sometimes its all over and it doesnt make sense, but after some time it began to help those feelings and how to recognize triggers to control my mood better.

Planning and Consistency in all these aspects will help feel like you are starting the year with your best foot forward and accelerate growth for the new year. Motivation can come and go but discipline will keep you going for years to come.
